Indie Connect Virtual Kickoff Event
Popular Music Industry Networking Organization Returns
For more than 5 years in the early 2000’s, Indie Connect hosted multiple music industry networking meetings every week throughout middle Tennessee and around the US. These extremely popular events, which brought people together from every level of the industry to help and support each other, helped catapult the careers of countless indie artists. And now they’re back in their most powerful format yet. The new events will feature live speakers, artist performances, and a chance to make awesome connections, only this time in a completely virtual environment!
The kickoff event will be held Monday, June 28 at 6 PM CST. It is being hosted on “The Spark Nashville”, a virtual, avatar-based community. Subsequent events will be held every Monday evening. Whether you are an artist, songwriter, music publisher or even an artist manager, the June 28th kickoff event has something for you. The guest speakers include Vinny Ribas, founder of Indie Connect and the owner of 3 new TV channels. He will speak about `Uniting The Global Music Industry.’ Also speaking will be Emily Satterlee, CEO of ItyDity, who will speak on ‘Finding The Right Producer’. The speakers will be followed by Indie Connect’s unique brand of effective, structured networking. There will also be live entertainment.
