We start with our artist’s vision and go from there. It is NEVER about what we want our artists to accomplish. It is what they want to accomplish. Then we help them get there, handling the coordination of every aspect of their careers along the way. This can include career planning and development, team development, booking, marketing, financial management, legal protection, developing multiple income streams and much more.

Please note: We often begin a relationship by working strictly on a small monthly retainer for 3 months. That enables us to gauge how well we will work together. That is for your benefit as well as ours. Neither of us wants to be stuck in a long-term contract with the wrong party. Managers and artists need to trust each other 100% or nothing will get accomplished.
Remember, we only work with a small group of artists at a time so we can give everyone very personal attention. As a result we are VERY picky about who we choose. If we are not a good fit for each other we will be honest and tell you why.
